All Points Bulletin TV is dedicated to shedding light on unsolved cases and missing persons, with special focus on BIPOC communities who often don't receive equal media attention.
Founded in 2009 by Aleasha Reese, All Points Bulletin TV has become a vital platform for justice and visibility.
All Points Bulletin TV (APB TV) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a clear mission: to bring attention to missing persons and unsolved homicide cases, especially those involving Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities who often receive less media coverage.
Operating from Charlotte, North Carolina, our organization functions similarly to a local version of "America's Most Wanted," conducting interviews with victims' families and collaborating with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department to increase community involvement in solving these cases.
Over the years, our work has directly contributed to resolving three homicide cases, with perpetrators being successfully convicted. We continue to seek corporate support and federal grants to expand our reach and establish Charlotte as a model city for case resolution.
We provide specialized services focused on bringing visibility to overlooked cases and supporting affected families.
We shed light on long-forgotten homicide cases through media coverage, community engagement, and collaboration with law enforcement, with special focus on BIPOC communities.
We create visibility for missing individuals through media campaigns, community outreach, and coordination with local authorities to help bring them home safely.
We provide resources, guidance, and community connections to families affected by unsolved cases or missing loved ones, helping them navigate difficult situations.
